You know the great thing about being at a low point is that there is only one way to go, up. Life is still busy even though I've been unemployed for a couple of weeks. No worrys though, my house is stable, my mate works, he'll cover things for the time being.
My super full school load and job hunting keeps my schedule packed. Not going to go into the details os why I ;lost my job of five years (who ever does) but regardless it just wasn't a good place to work, I was unappreciated and got far less money and respect than I deserved considering the high skill and tenure of my ablity to serve and work there. Now I'm only applying at high volume places down town. I'm int he middle of applying for post-grad jobs in Japan and I don't intend to have to wait table for much longer so I'm going after those big buck. Tough work, but a huge pay off, and probably a 4 day work week. In the mean time I'm jsut going to use the extra time to salvage these grades and get these applications finished.

Or pretty damn close. Won't go into detail but life is sucking about as much as it can possibly suck so hopefully things will start to get better soon. At least I have some extra time for posting art.

Yes yes yes, in case you were wondering YES I will take time our of my busy, pants-dropping, hard-drinking, cock-rocking schedule to attend the Anime Weekend Atlanta artists' alley. I have two tables with 4 possibly five people from my art group. I will try to post some previews of some of the stuff I will have available if I can, my Graphic Design professors are merciless slave drivers and it will be a miracle if I have a decent set-up But I will do my best. A lot of the stuff I've been working on for a while, at least conceptually and research, they just need execution. I will also probably do some demos, like fore walnut ink and pinatas. Look forward to seeing everyone. I probably won't be at the next AWA because I'm applying for JET.

However I will be disappearing briefly Saturday afternoon to see Sesame Street Live with my brother and my triplet nephews.

School starts in three weeks and I'm already under-achieving hardcore. I'm on like two committees for my art group and I haven't done anything I'm suppose to do. I have to cook for some parties this weekend and still go to work about 5 days. I have plenty to do, I just only feel like sleeping and reading. It's been really hot in Atlanta and the sun is totally zapping my energy. Maybe I just need some REAL time off. Hmph, maybe when I die. Or when I get my refund from school. Anyhoo, I'm sure I'll get my motivation and energy back someway or another, just got to keep trying until I develop better habits. To start I'm at a drawing club, but now I have to have dinner. Caoi.

I didn't put a bra on until about 3 this afternoon.

This is my last summer break from school, though I regret not being able to take this late posted water medium class but you know, I'm coping.

I just finished downloading ALL 61 episode of Hime-chan no Ribbon my favorite old school maho shoujo anime series from the 80's and I must say, I'm pleased as pie. Between watching anime in bed ^_^ I have devoted my time to documenting art and working on Bun Bun in one way or another. Today I'm at a coffee shop, warming up to do some writing while doing some scant updates. Two birds with one stone.
